The minimum is the lowest point, the maximum is the highest, and a turning point is where the direction changes. Read them off the figure. Do not average the endpoints. Trends overall are in interpreting trends.
Three different questions
“The greatest value” means the peak, not the last point on the right. “The least value” means the bottom, not the first point. “Where the trend changes” means the corner: rising becomes falling, or falling becomes rising. A line that only rises has no turning point in that window.
Direct and inverse describe the direction between those points. That wording is in direct versus inverse.
Stay on the named series
If two lines share a graph, the maximum of Drug A is not the maximum of Drug B. Data passages that stack these series are in data representation. A faster first pass is in reading graphs faster.
The bottom line
Peak, valley, or the corner where the line turns. Name which one the question asked for before you look.
