Units in the choices on ACT Science

Read the units in the choices. A right number with the wrong unit is a wrong answer. Science is optional and outside the Composite. Axis units on the figure are in axis labels and units.

Number, then unit

If the graph is in minutes and a choice is in hours, convert or skip that choice. Calculating items still need the figure’s unit, in calculating questions. Two figures that share a name can still disagree on units, in the same variable on two figures.

Match the unit as well as the number. The trap choice uses the other scale.
