On a retake, do not ignore a 34 English while you chase Math. Colleges that do not superscore will average the new sitting as a whole. Even superscoring schools still see a crash if you send every date.
Keep one session on the strong section
One timed official English or Reading every week is enough to keep the 34. Dropping it for six weeks of Math is how it becomes a 30.
Decide who sees the dates
If you can choose dates, send the sitting that keeps the floor. Whether to sit again at all: should you retake, when to stop retaking.
The bottom line
Raise the weak section. Budget a little time so the strong one does not slip. A retake that trades 34 for 31 is not a win.
Start practicing
Start with a free diagnostic, then drill your weak spots with 15-question quizzes and track how you're doing across Reading, English, and Math. Compare plans whenever you're ready to go further.
